Spenker Creamery Chevre Plain or with Herbs de Provence (8)

Our local creamery's goat cheese lightly infused with thyme, rosemary, and lavender. Also available plain with a hint of salt.

Cowgirl Creamery Mt Tam (whole 15, half 8)

Cowgirl's signature cheese, elegant, organic certified, triple-cream brie encased in snowy-white bloomy rind. Firm and buttery with mellow earthy flavors. Organic milk sourced from Straus Family Dairy.

Artisanal Salami and Cured Meats (5, unless noted)

Genoa Salame

Mildly seasoned with white pepper and salt. Sustainable farmed, vegetarian-fed pork without antibiotics.

Calabrese Salame

Inspired by the spices of Calabria, Italy, this zesty Calabrese is made with cayenne pepper and paprika to give it a uptick in spice, perfect with aged gouda, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Dry curied with salt. A natural, domestic, prosciutto with suggestions of sweet and salty.

Cheeses (6)

Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog (8)

A handcrafted soft-ripened goat cheese with a ribbon of edible vegetable ash. Flavors of buttermilk and fresh cream with floral notes, and a clean citrus finish. The signature Cypress Grove cheese from founder Mary Keehn.

Central Coast Creamery’s Seascape

Reggie Jones (cheesemaker at CCC) creates a blend of cow (60%) and goat (40%) milks in a cheddar-style cheese with semi-firm, smooth texture. Seascape presents soft tanginess and undertones of butter and caramel. Rind is vegetarian rennet. Aged five months.

Two Sisters Isabella Aged Gouda

A pasteurized cow’s milk cheese from free-range, grass feed cows. Aged a minimum of 12 months. Isabella offers savory flavors, the elusive cheese crystals, with hints of nuts and butterscotch.

Parmigiano-Reggiano, PDO

A hard cheese from unpasteurized cow’s milk yields umami notes with hints of butter and nuts. Aged average of 24 months.

Picholine

A firm, crisp light green olive fermented in brine with a hint of salt, buttery, and lemony finish.

Oil Cured Black

Dry cured in salt and finished in olive oil giving them a plump, concentrated flavor with a salty tang reminiscent of the sea.

Almondina Biscuits

Almonds and raisins set apart this finger sized thin biscuit. Sporting just the right amount of sweet to complement our cheese selections and of course wine.

Mini Croccantini

An artisanal croccantini, a crispy and light rustic cracker.

Estelle French Demi-Baguette

Spotlight on local bakeries (Estelle Bakery and patisserie). Crackly golden brown hides bubbles of creamy color.
